Personal Information

Jon Beck spent eight years in the U.S. Army Reserves 755th Postal Unit, including a deployment to Kuwait and Qatar in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  He worked for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Area Health Education Center-Southwest for four years writing grants, managing public relations, and implementing community-based health projects before deciding to go to law school and practice law in Texarkana.  While attending the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, he served as an extern with the Arkansas Legislature House Judiciary Committee.  Jon’s varied experiences give him a useful perspective to his clients’ challenges.

Jon Beck sees the law as the orderly process for society to resolve the inevitable conflicts between competing interests.  His professional goal is to help his clients to reach their personal, business, and legal goals while maintaining standards of ethical and moral integrity.  He greatly believes in the American legal system and the ability of jurors to recognize the truth when presented the relevant facts.  

Jon Beck enjoys travelling with his family and friends, working in his yard, and playing in a weekly poker game. Jon Beck is married to Tiffany Beck, a teacher and the director of the Pleasant Grove Showstoppers drill team.  Together they have two daughters, to whom they are devoted, and three dogs.
